You Dream It, We Bake It!
Angela's Pastries first open its doors on thanksgiving day of 2015 by Antonio and Angela. We started with the minimal equipment for a bakery, an oven, stove, wash station, a fridge, and a couple of tables. Our goal was to open a pastry shop for our community to enjoy our delicious pastries. We have 20 years of combined bakery experience between Angela & Antonio, working at various places, most notably pastry chef at Pan Olivo for over 10 years. Putting all our savings into our lives' dream, we decided to open our own location, even if it was small and with the bare minimum. We started working on fixing the location into Health and Safety standards and finally had approval from the county to open the week of thanksgiving 2015. We are happier than ever, helping our community with all their pastries need for all of their celebrations. Please come and join our growing clientele and try one of our pastries.
